The WOW GUI

The WOW GUI provides a single interface to launching most of the WOW graphical user

interfaces and other command-line utilities. In an OpenWorks xterm, set the WebApps

environment first, then run wowgui:

prompt> source $OWHOME/WebApps/templates/wow.login (if C shell)

prompt> . $OWHOME/WebApps/templates/wow.profile (if Bourne shell)

prompt> wowgui

The GUI is illustrated below:

Note also the Launch and Extras menus, allowing access to these additional WOW

utilities:

• OpenWorks to KML conversion GUI (Ow2kml)

• OpenWorks to shapefile conversion GUI (Ow2shp)

• Navigation shapefiles creation GUI (NavShape)

• Live trace outlines creation GUI (SeisLTO)

• Seismic statistics calculation GUI (SeisStats)

• Seismic polygon clipping (SeisPoly)

• Horizon 3D statistics calculation GUI (HrzStats3D)

• Horizon GIS images conversion GUI (HrzImage)

• Horizon thumbnail creation GUI (HrzThumbs: requires CDA license)

• Pick report (Pickreport)
